DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

HLG does not require you to create an account you are able to checkout as a guest and still have features like locate my order however by not creating an account you will miss out on promotions and our High Life Goods Newsletter which can contain useful information about the high life lifestyle as well as coupons / giveaways / pop up events and much more.

 

HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED? 

We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and shipping may be delayed. All Orders will be processed in the order they are received. We only charge your credit card at the time of shipment this is typically within 2 days of placing the order.

The only state required to pay sales tax is California.

We do not accept returns for any used items only unused items will be accepted for return.

 

WARRANTY 

All products are covered under our standard warranty which covers any pieces received with manufactures defects. These defects must be reported to High Life Goods within 5 days of receiving the shipment

A Card Verification Value is the three-digit code located on the back of your credit card in the top right of the signature panel or with American express it is located above the account number to the right on the front of the card.
