What Information Do We Collect?
We may collect personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that you provide to us, such as when you purchase, renew, or modify your High Life Goods customer account, make a purchase on Highlifegoods.com, participate in surveys or contests, or communicate with us for any reason. Information About Children Under 18
High Life Goods Site is a general audience web site and is not targeted to children under 18 years of age. High Life Goods does not knowingly collect or store personal information of children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have any personal information about a child under the age of 18, we will delete that information.

Rights of California Residents
If you are a California resident, you can request information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties, pursuant to the California "Shine the Light Law," California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (“Shine the Light Law”). Requests made pursuant to the Shine the Light Law may be made no more than once per calendar year.
The California "Shine the Light Law," California Civil Code Section 1798.83, permits California residents to request and obtain once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
